O nome da banda vem do apelido de Perry, Upsetter, inspirado em sua música "I Am the Upsetter", uma crítica musical ao seu antigo chefe, Coxsone Dodd.Esse Lp em edição colorida em vermelho,verde ou cinza é uma coletânea  de dub do mestre Perry.Participação de Max Romeo,Winston Wright,Linval Thompson e  Val Bennett.Ja havia sido lançado em CD em 1995 com o nome de The Upsetters – Lee Perry The Upsetter And The Student..
